The deal,in plain words.

P4cely is provided by Francesco Romito, an individual operator (persona fisica) based in Italy. These terms form a contract between you and that individual. There is no corporate entity, holding company or shell behind the brand.

P4cely is a Rocket League coaching tool. It links to your Steam or Epic account, fetches your replays, parses them into match summaries, and generates an AI-written coach report comparing your match to a chosen pro baseline. It is a coaching aid — not a guarantee of skill or rank improvement.

You may use the service only if you:

• are at least sixteen (16) years of age;
• sign in via a Steam or Epic account that genuinely belongs to you (no account-sharing, no impersonation);
• are not located in a jurisdiction subject to EU sanctions that would prohibit us from delivering the service.

Your Supabase session and your linked platform identity are how we recognise you. Keep your platform login credentials safe. We will never ask for your Steam or Epic password — the OAuth flow handles authentication on the provider's domain.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, email us at once. We can revoke active sessions and disconnect the linked platform identity from our side.

Pro

€7 per month. 50 replay analyses per month, switch pro and playlist any time, priority parse queue, and Q&A chat per match (rolling out soon).

Pricing in euros, VAT inclusive where applicable. Prices may change with thirty (30) days' notice; existing paying subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of their current billing cycle.

Open beta note: the Pro tier may be disabled or unmetered while the service is in open beta. When live billing is active, the rules in sections 06–07 apply.

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Stripe issues you a payment receipt for every successful charge — keep these for your own records.

You can cancel renewal at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current period keeps running until its scheduled end. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused remainder of an active period unless required by law.

Under Italian Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005, arts. 52–58), if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within fourteen (14) days of activation, without cause.

Because P4cely begins delivering the digital service immediately on activation, by activating Pro you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun (Codice del Consumo, art. 59 lett. o).

If you change your mind before using the service, email us within fourteen (14) days and we will refund the most recent charge in full.

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror or otherwise bulk-extract our content, pro baselines or generated reports;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the service we have not open-sourced;
• circumvent quotas, abuse the parse queue, or run automated traffic outside what the public UI sends;
• use the service to harass, dox or impersonate another player;
• upload replays you have no right to share, or content that infringes third-party rights.

You own your replays and the metrics derived from them. By syncing or uploading a replay you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, parse, analyse and present that replay back to you for the duration of your account, strictly to deliver the coaching service. We do not sell your replays, do not use them to train third-party AI models, and do not surface them to other users.

Aggregate, anonymous statistics (e.g. the rank-tier baseline distributions) may be used to improve the product without identifying you.

The P4cely codebase, UI, brand, pro baselines, dataset schemas and AI prompt library are owned by us and protected by copyright. These terms do not transfer any rights in them — except a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service as intended.

Rocket League is a trademark of Psyonix LLC; pro player names, team names and likenesses are property of their respective owners. We use them under nominative fair use to identify the baselines you are training against.

Coach reports are generated by a large language model (currently Google Gemini). The model can misread context, miscount events or hallucinate. Treat every claim it makes as a starting point — verify against the Metrics, Heatmap and Timeline tabs before trusting it.

We do not guarantee that following the AI's advice will improve your rank, win rate or any other outcome.

We deliver the service on a reasonable-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may introduce, remove or modify features, retire pro baselines, or change quotas. Where a change materially reduces the value of an active Pro subscription we will give thirty (30) days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund of any unused period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay for an active Pro subscription after a grace period. You can delete your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. Deletion erases your replays, metrics and profile; billing records are retained as required by tax law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these terms — in contract, tort, or under any other legal theory — is capped at the greater of (a) twenty (20) euros or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or lost rank.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law (e.g. liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

These terms are governed by Italian law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, the mandatory court of your habitual residence applies; otherwise the exclusive jurisdiction is the court of Bologna, Italy.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

When we revise these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced by email to active accounts at least thirty (30) days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you disagree with a change, cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.
